Description

The project is the partial renovation of the 8,573 square foot, fifth-floor of the Robotics Building on the University of Kentucky’s main campus. The work generally consists of the following:

Selective demolition of CMU and gypsum board systems walls, lay-in ceilings and associated suspension systems, HM frames and wood doors, resilient flooring and base, electrical devices and wiring, and plumbing fixtures with associated piping.
New gypsum board system walls and selected ceilings and soffits
Lay-in acoustic ceilings
Hollow metal door frames
Solid wood doors
Aluminum storefront systems
Resilient floor tile
Carpet tiles
Architectural woodwork counters
Laboratory casework
Selective new Mechanical work
Selective new Plumbing and Fire Protection work
Selective new Electrical work
